The Challenge
Dapper Dogs was entering a competitive local market, where many grooming businesses looked and sounded similar online.
The business needed:
A clear market position
Strong visual identity
A launch strategy
A seamless booking experience
Brand recognition before opening its doors
At the same time, the business owners wanted to create something more premium, modern and emotionally connected than a traditional grooming salon.

Strategy First
The project began with a three-hour brand and strategy workshop with the founders.
From there, Tuesday Creatives developed:
A full brand and marketing strategy
Industry and competitor research
Pricing and positioning recommendations
Target audience profiling
A social media strategy
A launch and go-to-market strategy
The focus was to position Dapper Dogs as more than a transactional grooming service.
The brand centred around calm grooming experiences, happier pets and confident owners. Themes we developed into a tagline which now features on the website and shop front. This focus helps differentiate the business from competitors focused purely on convenience or price.
When Dapper Dogs Day Spa engaged Tuesday Creatives, the business was still in its earliest stages.
Founder Konor and investor David had secured a lease for the salon space, but the brand, positioning, customer experience and go-to-market strategy were yet to be developed.
Tuesday Creatives was brought in to help shape the business from the ground up, building not just the marketing assets, but the strategic foundations behind the brand.
Building the brand
Once the strategy was established, Tuesday Creatives developed Dapper Dogs’ full visual identity and customer-facing presence.
This included:
Brand identity development
Logo suite and visual direction
Colour palette and typography
In-store signage design
Website design and development
Social media profile setup and optimisation
The goal was to create a brand that felt polished, memorable and approachable while still standing out in a crowded market.
